What we receive

This website does not create accounts. When you request an appointment, the details you enter (name, email, phone number, chosen treatments, preferred day and time, and any notes) are placed in a WhatsApp message that you send yourself to our team on +961 3 273 686. A copy of the request is also sent by email to dr.lolita@lclinic.com through our website host, Netlify, which processes it on our behalf. When you use the enquiry form on the Contact page, your message opens in your own email app, addressed to dr.lolita@lclinic.com.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, confirm or adjust your appointment, and follow up on your care. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Medical information

Please do not send medical records or photos through the website forms. Any medical information you share with us during consultations is kept confidential and handled with the discretion expected of a medical practice.

Before & After photos

Photos shown on this website are published only with the patient’s consent, and identifying features are hidden. You can ask us at any time to remove a photo of yourself.

Your choices

You may ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting the clinic.

Consultation first

Every treatment starts with a consultation with Dr. Lolita, where your goals, the suitable treatment plan, the number of sessions and the price are discussed and confirmed with you before anything begins.

Opening hours

The clinic is open Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 17:00, and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Appointments can be requested up to two months ahead.

Changing or cancelling

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp (+961 3 273 686) or by phone (+961 1 888 777), so the time can be offered to another patient.

Payments and refunds

Prices are confirmed during your consultation. For any question about payments, treatment packages or refunds, please speak with our team directly at the clinic, by phone or on WhatsApp.
